Question about cosmetics

I apologize if this has been answered before, but I didn't want to scroll through the probably 100s of posts on cosmetic questions to find if one was relevant to what I wanted to know.

Currently I have a voyager pass. I liked the current set of skins, and was going to buy them, but really wanted the building skin but don't see that offered. Is that because you need to be a voyager plus member to get building skins? Are they only offered in the bundle monthly packs? Was just looking for more info on how that worked. Thanks!

You can only purchase additional skins from the tier of prepurchase you made and below it.

Yeah I understand that, but what tells you those details? Voyager is basically the 2nd to highest one, so what I'm asking is, is the building skin ever purchaseable? Would it be if I had the Voyager plus pass?

If the building skin correlates to the voyager plus tier, you can purchase additional building skins once you have voyager plus. You only can buy additional cosmetics from the tier you have and below. So if you upgrade to the top tier of prepurchase, you can buy whatever skins you want that may come out down the line. Unsure whether you can buy old skins from the monthly skin choices that happened before you prepurchased.
