I sent in a suggestion through the contact us section and this was the reply. I really like the developers of this game and how hands-on they are with the community about it. I hope when they get a larger staff for receiving tickets and moderators that this is how it is represented. I always love when GM's are friendly when they're not being the bad guys sending out bans and etc.
