Possibility for a Class Builder option?

Hello all,
For starters, I am new to the AoC environment, and spent some time watching the streams and wiki to catch up on what the ideas behind the game are and all of the complexity in it. I haven't seen anything specific on this topic, so please correct me/point me to this info if available.
I know a Character Creator option may be available in the future, but is there a discussion on providing a Class Builder option?
I look at the number of main and secondary archetypes to choose from, with an outcome of 64 different classes overall. With this much option to choose from, and as I understand a relatively hard (maybe not hard) way to re-spec the secondary archetype chosen at lvl 25, once these details are polished out, is this something that is/may be considered prior to release?
Here I would give the example of Path of Exile and it's very complex and at first glance confusing skill tree. When it launched, people had access to the entire tree on their website and could plan out their builds in advance to some degree. Same aspect in regards to AoC, where you could plan your class abilities and how mix/match. This will not include any gear at all, just a template to spec your abilities at least.
Would this be considered giving away from the joy of discovery? I would say no, since you don't get access to gear modifiers, so you can't really ultimate build yourself, just a preview of the abilities and how to match them to your play-style.
At the end of the day, these types of builders will pop up regardless of the decision, I just want to know if this is something the team can consider releasing between/during the Beta stages at least, or just leave it to the players.

There you could get a feel on how your class would feel to play later on and try around with your build
That's quite a cool idea. Then you get to miss out on all the "oh crap" moments when you realise you've specced the wrong way.
