Glorious Alpha Two Testers!

Alpha Two Realms are now unlocked for Phase II testing!

For our initial launch, testing will begin on Friday, December 20, 2024, at 10 AM Pacific and continue uninterrupted until Monday, January 6, 2025, at 10 AM Pacific. After January 6th, we’ll transition to a schedule of five-day-per-week access for the remainder of Phase II.

Participation in social organisations based in a different node type?

Hello I'm interested in playing a rogue type class in ashes and will be looking to do a lot of pvp. I'm curious whether I'd be able to live in a military type node but still be able to join a thieves guild in a merchant node. Sorry if this has already been answered before, I've had a look and wasnt able to find anything.

    unless im missing something there shouldn't be a requirement for you to become a citizen of a specific node to access the various buildings within it. I could be wrong though.

    Citizenship has more to do with where your freehold is and having a hand in the politics of that node, so I don't see this being a conflict of interest.
    Especially since I assume you can join the thieves guild without having citizenship (..?)
    There isn't much info on the specific advantages of Citizenship (what is honour/loyalty/reputation?) so this is a bit of a non-answer, sorry.

    I think we need to wait for more info to be able to answer this question. You could try throwing it into the QnA pool of questions for the next Dev Update. The Intrepid team is pretty efficient at compiling questions and answering them in bulk

    Don't think social organizations are locked to any specific node type. Probably be free to join the one you want in the city you want.
    Most people never listen. They are just waiting on you to quit making noise so they can.
