Housing Cosmetic Clarity

I myself love emersion and customization. As much is shown by me purchasing cosmetics before a game is even in beta. Most are self explanatory but the housing ones are a bit vague. All they state is "Freehold Building Cosmetic Skin". I originally thought it meant the house but I overlooked last months selection that has a fiery portal looking thing. That doesn't look like a house. Maybe some that are mistaken as a house are really a barn or stable or something. The thing is we don't really know. Is it a building for a proffession or action I don't intend to get? I do love flavor text but it would be nice to know exactly what they are for so we can see if we are getting skins that are competing for the same building. Because this months building looks great but I don't want to have to end up with multiple skins competing for the same slot.

    Freeholds aren't just a house, but an entire plot of land in the open world. The freehold cosmetics are skins for the various buildings you can have on your hold.

    Yes I know that. That was never in question. I'm asking for specificity on what building the cosmetic is for. Just because it looks like a house didn't mean it is one. I don't want to spend money on a building I'm not going to build or use.

    Never assume anything especially if it costs something. It should be clearly stated what buildings the skin applies to. Granted the newest cosmetic is house like but not all of them are or will be. We can't fit every building on our Freehold so do I want to buy say, an ambiguously named cosmetic that could be a smelter, blacksmith, or forge when we don't even know if it will apply to 1 or all of them even though they look similar. Assuming got us No Man's Sky, Colonial Marines, and Anthem. We as a community should be wise enough now to be asking for clarity on things that are available for money as soon as we can if its possible. The dev team on this game has been pretty good about addressing concerns and are very confident in the product this early in the cycle so I don't think they are trying to get one over on us being that the Freehold cosmetics are a bit of a money sink ATM for most. I think that the transparency they have had so far is great and as a player who's been shafted before, I think as a baseline we should know exactly what we are getting. Put an asterisk that things are subject to change because that's what games do (like removing a building and merging it with another) and the ones that have an issue can take it up with support but the important part is the honesty about the initial product we are buying even though it isn't (thank god) p2w.
