I think that the developer(s) should be able to do what is best for their company as you pointed out in the "good" portion of the video. I think they should also do what would be considered fair to any of the early backer(s) of the game who bought any packages that granted A1 access. However after this initial A1 series of scheduled tests, should there be additional A1 testing periods it may make sense to re-open sales for this but potentially limit to only those who currently have an A2 package (or specific level of A2 package).

I understand you made this video before the dev letter was released and my last point would be an unfair to suggest without knowing about the letter in terms of your video and scheduled A1.

With that said I did enjoy your dev letter video even if it sounded like you were groveling a bit (imo) but the praise is warranted so no complaints here.
