Dark Allegiances cosmetic items

Hi there,
I just found out about the game today. And have been studying it for the past hour or so.
From what I have understood there are skins being sold with access to alpha and beta. Unfortunately I really dislike the current skins being sold.
I was wondering if Dark Allegiances cosmetic items will be available again, as I am not interested in purchasing the 375 dollar bundle at the moment, but would be if the D.A. skins were to come back.
Wish I would have found out the game earlier, to actually purchase that set.
Please tell me they are coming back.

    Also, if those skins were to not come back; would they be obtainable through gameplay? (like the Face of Sorrow set?)
