She used to be a normal human woman named Margaret Krohn who worked as the community marketing lead of an upcoming MMORPG called Ashes of Creation, until one day, after multiple requests from numerous members of the community, she tried to remove the Thomas the Tank Engine from the house of the game's lead designer, Jeff Bard, only to discover that Thomas' soulless eyes were gateways to Hell itself, and attempting to move those damned doors of Hell caused Thomas, the demon prince of the 9th circle of Hell, to curse Margaret into becoming a witch in his servitude forever.
