Question about PvP and Safe Zones

Hi. I have couple questions which I coudn't find neither on forum or wiki.
1. Can you attack someone inside of a node ? For example you see your worst enemy inside metropolis and you wanna kill him. Can you turn on flag system and just annihilate him ? If yes and he didnt fight back and I am corrupted will guards NPC starting to attack me ?
2. Can you attack and PK someone from your guild, religion, vassal node, parent node or citizen of the same node in the wilderness for example ?
3. I read a lil bit about safety in your own house but would love to hear a lil bit more: Can you be attacked inside your node house(after giving him permission to enter) or on the land of your freehold / inside freehold ?

1: I think it is more you become flagged after attacking. Yes, you should be able to attack anyone, anywhere other than player stalls and houses. I am unsure about guards, but I would assume so.

2: I hope so. Because all of this is a updated version of the L2 karma system. You can "Force Attack"

Talents

1. Yes you can attack people inside a node, but the guards will attack you if you do. If he doesn't fight back and you kill him then you'll become corrupted if he's a non-combatant unless you're in a guild war with his guild.
2. You can't attack people in your guild, alliance, party. Anything else is fair game.
3. You can't be attacked on your freehold. Freeholds are one of the only (if not the only) safe spots in the entire world
