I'm looking for a semi-hardcore pvp guild.

Located in EST, Alpha 2. What I'm looking for in a guild:
- Takes a hard-core approach to the game but not necessarily in play-time
- Guild leadership that have a full-time job that understands real life comes first
- A community that doesn't operate in groups of small cliques
- A community that doesn't only operate in offensive humour
- Accommodating to LGBT+ and POC
- Primary language of English
- NOT a mega guild of 200+ members
- A guild that plans to play AoC long-term, no game-hopping guilds
Who I am:
- Formerly-hardcore PvP player in several past MMO games
- Able to play weekends and weekday nights with quality mic and headphone etiquette
- Dedicated and respectful MMO player who does not need handholding
