I've been playing Elder Scrolls Online for the past six years. The game currently includes five guilds each person can join. This helps to sell items. Will Ashes of Creation have something like this or will it be just one guild only?

The auction house/marketplace will work differently in AoC compared to ESO. While in ESO the auction house/marketplace is tied to guilds, in AoC it is tied to nodes. Each node will have its own auction house/marketplace.
They are invite-only trade chats.
In terms of selling items, markets and economies in Ashes of Creation are generally meant to be more local/regional in nature, to help encourage player interaction and exploration.
