Double charged?

Greetings. Yesterday, I purchased the $375 package to get into the Alpha 2 testing when it becomes available. However, I noticed two pending charges for $375 for the same package in my bank account this morning. Is this normal? Will one of the pending charges drop off? Has anyone else experienced this?

I definitely don't mind spending my money to back an amazing game like Ashes of Creation. I just don't need two packages. Any help or assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

    It sounds like there may have been an issue with processing of the payment. I would recommend contacting Xsolla, the company that handles all the payments for Intrepid: https://help.xsolla.com/
