question about alpha one

First of all sorry for the bad writing since I speak Spanish and I do this with a translator.

I want to know if at some point they will open the purchase of the Alpha ONE and if so, it would be in pack mode like those on the web with cosmetics, etc. or only access will be sold. And the price would be like a packet 100, 200, 300 dollars or more? less?

I want to know if the game would run moderately well with these specifications:

i7 4790k
GTX 970
16 GB RAM

or should I update something to make it better for me.

We don't know how much it will be if it opens back up, however in the past it was offered at $500 so I would expect around that.
