Not to the Dungeon system

Not to the dungeon system.
I think it's the worst thing that can be put to a game with these characteristics.
The little that I played wow seemed like a horrible system, you could spend tens of minutes in line. People used to be selfish when it came to drops. It does not help sociability, you entered, you made your way and you just left again.
I don't think dungeons help at all.

it seems you're misunderstanding something. AoC dungeons will be 80% open world. Only 20% will be instanced and those are mainly for storyline quests. You shouldn't be queueing for many dungeons.
If you're saying that dungeons as a whole are bad and should not be in the game that's a really bad take I can never stand behind or understand knowing how much fun they can be in my experience.
These players don't care about the dungeon, they just want the rewards for it, and for the daily or weekly quest that comes with it. They also have no need to talk to their teammates because:
a) They assume everyone in the group knows the tactics so there's no need to talk about them (talking just wastes time after all)
b) Cross-server gameplay means the chances of you meeting those same players again are very very slim, so why bother trying to develop a good relationship with them? It would be like trying to make friends with everyone you met on a bus or a train irl.
However, this won't happen in Ashes. As @maouw said, most of the dungeons will be open world with open world PvP so you won't be able to just rush through as fast as possible. Second, there is no cross-server play in Ashes meaning you are much much more likely to meet the same players for your groups. Reputation WILL matter in Ashes and if you are a dick to people in groups, you won't get invited to groups.
TL:DR Dungeons don't ruin an mmorpg. Dungeons are ruined by cross-server play and daily/weekly quests that make the dungeon run entirely about the rewards you get from it.
