Spy craft suggestion

I was currently thinking about how the spy class will be set up, and how they will be viable. I had a simple suggestion of making it possible for a master spy to be able to hide their guild tag, and even perhaps name for periods of time so that they can conduct espionage and spy craft.

I think the only mechanic really needed is making sure you aren't required to grind up "guild reputation" or some other nonsense and instead let your rise through the ranks be dependent on your fellow players so that when you re-join your real guild you're not forced to be at the bottom.

There's not really an effective way that I can think of for putting in a spycraft mechanic that can't be better handled via how @Maezriel suggests. For example, even if you added a rogue class skill that would allow a character to join two separate guilds and be able to change their tags on the fly, there's no benefit to that over just being sneaky in real life.
