We know that to reach max level it will take a lot of time (few hundred hours i think it was said in some interview). Thats great for hardcore mmo player but i think most players will give up midway there. If thats happens and lets say 80-90% player quit do you have plan? Because i hope you wont give up on your game, or wont implement boost.

The idea of 'Max Level' is going to become somewhat outdated with the new design of AoC. 'Max Level' has become so important because of other games whose design requires "Max Level" to really play the game. That is not the case in AoC, you can have a wonderful game career without ever approaching max.
Of course, so many players have grown up on the 'Max Level' frame of mind that they will not be able to get out of thinking that, and many of those will leave. Some might even say that we are better off without them!
Others will reach 'Max Level' and only play Aoc the way that they have played other games. They will have fun, but not as much fun as those who focus on the game, not on the level. So 'Max Level' is more of an (outdated) frame of mind than a requirement to enjoy the game.
If you want a real world parallel, look at all the people who never really enjoy life because they think they have to be 'rich' before they can 'live'. As a result, they are always striving and never 'living', even after they accomplish their goal of 'riches'.....however they measure that.
One thing though is it needs to be clear that the journey IS as enjoyable as the destination, because if people feel or assume the destination is more fun, they will feel the anxiety of missing out on the fun of the destination, even if the journey is amazing.
If you're eating steak, but there's a cheesecake waiting for you, you might rush through the steak to get to the delectable cheesecake, even though steaks are amazing. So make sure you're eating steak, and it's another steak waiting for you.
Ashes has many forms of "max level". What would cause people to quit before reaching "max level"?
And what do you think the "real game" of Ashes consists of?
