heres a weapon type idea.

before anything else this is just a fun thought i wanna put into the forums just to get the idea out there but fully understand that this is kinda out there and very well might not work on even just a lore level but here goes.
ok so basically its a magical weapon that would have a heavy focus in its abilities on CC as well as AOE target dmg and imobolization. the weapon would be called magic threads and as the name implies, its threads that could be made of pure magic that the player than manipulates to do long range slash attacks in a wide AOE. if weapons end up having abilite lines kinda like in eso than its abilities would focus on controling large groups as well as killing those large groups with perhaps variations of it could change it from heavy CC and AOE dmg to heavy CC and perhaps things like allowing you to cover yourself in armor like threads or make weapons of threads and another variation could make it heavy CC and the ability to make things like walls or spikes and allow you to especially in sieges make quick temporary walls infront of siege weaponry and than droping them after the attack to protect it. that last one would be able to be made intresting and unique by allowing perhaps a drag and drop fucntion of the walls where you look at on point and than make a wall everywhere you look with you stop making the wall when you press the ability button again and the same with maybe spikes or ramps or ladders or so on and so on. honestly i just see characters like souei from that time i got reincarnated as a slime and lubbock from akame ga kill and i love the idea of manipulating these small almost impercevable threads to make traps that with the simplest pull slices your opponents to bits like a bear trap! all in all no one reading this has to even give it a second thought but i figure since i like the game i have seen so far and i want AOC to be the best possible game that i may as well not stay silent on the things i think would be awesome to see in it.
