My download freezes ever few minutes, is there any solution to this? I tried using restore but it just freezes again afterwards. I feel as if though I'm not even going to be able to download the game at this point, even after buying the 500$ pack.

If you haven't done so already I would recommend joining the Ashes official discord and linking your Intrepid account to it. We can talk you through your options in real time to get you sorted on there. To link your accounts, click the link in the purple box at the top of this page.
