the Changling girl doesn't appear, quest can't be completed

    She was around and gave another objective the first time I tried to complete this one. After doing the next part I tried returning to her and couldn't complete the quest by talking to her. Tried again the next day and had the same issue as OP, she wasn't in sight.

    Changeling girl appears but interacting with her wouldn't validate the quest (even after a reconnection).

    click on the quest when it changes to "look for the changeling girl" (not exact words). Look for the blue arrow that shows up near you. Walk to it... then it will change to "talk to her". From there you can go through the dialog and finish
