Launcher crashing after patch, can't reinstall either

Title say's everything, I've played loads since the server opened, but after the patch that came recently, I can't update to game, and I tried to reinstall and now it keeps crashing at 29% and want me to repair, but the repair can't find the files and want me to reload launcher, and this keeps going in an endcless cyccle
