"Invisible" or "Safe" bag slot

I am currently about to hit lvl 7 and while I have completed quest that are lvl 10+ I still havent been able to complete the simple starter quest (lvl 3) called "Crafting a Sword". This is mainly due to dying before I have a chance to gather enough materials to complete the quest. Now, I can def do a better job of not dying, but given that you currently require 30+ redwood and the trees are scarce its likely you will die a few times before getting to that number.

SOLUTION - allow for the purchase or craft of a bag slot called "invisible" or "safe" bag which has maybe not more than 4-5 slots that you can put items in which do not drop when you die and lose items.

I'd have to disagree with this. The death-loss isn't the problem, and it's honestly a great feature of the game. (I really dislike games where you don't care if you die)

I would say the problem is more likely to be "it takes too much resources to make a sword."

Really? You are going to make a sword out of 24 redwood trees? I have never heard of a more ridiculous waste of wood. I'm assuming most of the sword isn't going to be wooden. And even if it was wooden 1 tree would probably be enough.

Honestly with recourses are rare as they are making the sword take 2 or 3 redwood trees would be more reasonable and even though using 3 trees to make 1 sword is still silly it is a lot less silly than chopping down 24 trees + all sorts of other resources to make 1 little sword.

We are in alpha, otherwise you would have a bank at the local node to store these in. But for now, because we have to hold everything, it is all at risk.

I can get behind them lowering that requirement from 33 wood to no more than 5ish wood 5ish stone for that specific quest, however, in general - maybe as a higher end crafting goal - it would be neat if they added an invisible bag. BUT as I said only have like 4ish slots so its not too op. I think that's reasonable as a long-term goal and doesn't break immersion since there is magic in this game and you can say that magic is used to create the invisible bag so when you die the looters can see this item on you etc...

Yes, not having somewhere to store definitely contributed to this quest being harder than it should have been...
