Quest Loot Levels.

A few of the quests had loot rewards that were far too high for the quest level.
For example I completed a level 7 quest at roughly lvl 5-6 yet the reward was a lvl 12 piece (can't remember name of quest but wasn't only example).
I think that Quest rewards should be one level higher then promoted quest level so that you can make the most of the reward at the earliest moment taking into account the amount of XP gained for turning in quest.

You could select the reward from the quest menu after completing, i had the same thing and then found that out.
That's a very convoluted way of executing rewards, IMO it should be offered in the same screen as the completion dialog.

I assume that the gear rewards are a temporary thing; you'll get materials that can then be used to make items once we are live. So they probably didn't put too much QA into the gear that you were seeing. But without the underlying crafting systems, we were reliant on the quest rewards and it was disappointing to have a lv 12 item from a lv 6 quest.
