Want to purchase but upgrade later and stream. Is this doable?

I guess, its a multi part question.

If i purchase the voyager package or less, then want to upgrade to adventurer later, is that possible?

And I have a few people who really are interested in seeing the way the game plays and whatnot, but couldnt really decide from simply asmongold's stream alone. Is it still NDA bound against streaming still?

Yes, it's possible. When you upgrade a package, you just pay the difference between the two when you want to upgrade. NDA has been lifted for all current gameplay.
