disconnecting from server during install

Hi

A firiend of mine keeps disconnecting during install.
We tested his internet connection and its ok.
Also running launcher as admin and repair dont help it keeps giving the error.
can u please help us.

    Hi there friend - first things first, I would definitely recommend a computer restart, and seeing if this issue still persists!

    If they continue to see disconnection issues while installing, please have them reach out to our support team directly here for further troubleshooting assistance.
