Diacritics not supported in character names

I tried adding an a-circumflex (â) into a character name and got a "name contains forbidden characters" error. Diacritics should be supported in modern games.

    I'm torn on this idea. As long as I am able to easily invite players to a party, friends list, or guild then this should be ok.

    Side note, main reason I dislike this idea is because it allows people to troll someone by having their name with slight variations. My name was taken way back in the day when my guild was transferring servers by some trash can human being so I was forced to use a special U in my name. You could look at it from the perspective of "well I still got to use my name" but I did hate having it (and nobody could easily invite or whisper to me). Hence why I am torn on the idea.
