No sarcasm when I say that you should have said that first. "Guys I wanna help playtest but it's too expensive what can I do?" would have got at least somewhat better response. For example, I'd tell you that right now, we're just hunting bugs, and repeatedly replaying the same starter quests over and over every few days. This current test might let us play for a whole straight 96 hours maybe! Or not. Might be wiped to level 1 again somewhere in the middle if necessary. If you want to feel what the game is like, don't even worry about it, wait until Beta. Or, as the Creative Director says, just do what you're already planning to do. Wait until release. But don't come in implying other people are stupid when what you mean is 'I'm upset that you guys with more money get to do something I don't'.
