Bug: Screen resolution wont change in windowed mode

Member, Alpha One, Adventurer, Alpha Two, Early Alpha Two
Using a 3440x1440 resolution screen. When first installed the game the image was washed out and clearly not native resolution.
Changing the resolution and clicking "accept" would not change res.
Tried "full screen" and this fixed the issue so there seems to be a problem with windowed mode.
