I have this message after logging into the patcher and unfortunately direct support only has the advice to reinstall the game, which of course does not help. Reactions are vague and without clear instructions on how to fix this issue - for a $ 500 non-functional product which is unlucky.

I tried, repair, restore, uninstall, close antivirus. Nothing works.

This fix has worked for other people in the past, so hopefully it will work for you too.
1. Uninstall the game and launcher through the windows control panel
2. go into the file explorer, type "Intrepid" into the search box and delete everything you see
3. restart your PC
4. redownload and install the latest version of the launcher
Also, if you haven't done so already I would recommend linking your intrepid account with discord to get access to the on the spot help from our team a lot faster.

Solution:
Chenge your windows language to English.
It works.
