Dodge cooldown

I love being able to dodge abilities with a well-timed dodge, but it would be awesome if you could see the cooldown of the dodge roll ability.
To take it even further, I really like the way dodging is implemented in Guild Wars 2 - with a charge system. You have two charges which have a recharge time (I think it's something like 8 seconds) which will basically evade ALL damage during the animation of the charge.
