I watch Lazy Peons videos and don't share any of his opinions

He's kind of a moron and his opinions change in every video but I get a sense of the game through them anyway.

    You haven't played the alpha but disagree with his opinion from his experience playing the alpha? They are sound thoughts and he is correct. Especially with melee needing to be able to move freely during combat. Mage combat has improved tremendously because they removed the movement restrictions that came with casting fireball and using the wand.

    Which of khronus' words/sentences were toxic ? The fact that you disagree with what thelazypeon said in his last video while you didn't test the game ?

    You dislike Lazypeon, ok, i don't know who he is, in fact, i don't follow lot of channel on youtube or twitch...
    but don't present yourself as "herald warning of false messages from youtube " for a simple reason : "LMAO, who are you ? ".
    You can dislike him, but doing a topic, just to spit on him while he does just his youtube video is not a really good thing to do...

    So calm down, devs don't listen lazypeon specificaly, and people on this forum have more than enough mental capacity to have their own opinion, their own idea. ;)

    After watching Lazy Peon`s video I did not see anything that was untrue, bias or damaging. It felt like a fair, honest and transparent opinion. His final summary was reasonably positive.

    Lazy Peon is pretty close to the mark as far as content creators go in most cases.

    Forcegaming was a little similar, he saw possible design element issues which again appeared fair enough.

    I like Lazy Peon, but he really lives up to the name lazy this past year. He has only really been looking at the very surface of the games he has been talking about. Any time he shows anything I have personally experienced, his lack of understanding really shines.

    I am not saying he is bad, I am just saying he could dig a little deeper and at least make a little more effort to understand the "How's and Why's" behind things like the death penalty.

    That being said, he was extremely right about one thing. The melee combat feels much worse lately. I have been busy playing melee in other MMOs and being able to move and swing is a big deal. To the point that I have not really had in it me to test Ashes these past few weeks. I can stand Ashes for a few hours at a time right now because melee feels so bad. I could swear I could swing my spear and move at the same time before, but right now, it feels like I am a Ghost in Starcraft locking down for a nuke strike every time I swing my spear. Then I wait for what feels like an eternity for the animation to end to move. I hate it.

    I wonder if the frequency with which one auto-attacks works verily against melee characters right now, though losing control of ones character is ill-advised in a mmo, like a form of self-inflicted CC. Not having a lot of downtime is pretty sweet. But continuously pressing auto-attack, especially with fast weapons is going to end up being hell for my fingers.

    You come in here, call a YouTuber 'moron' and then say someone is being toxic towards you in the comment section? Not sure if you're trolling or not here.

    But anyway. The reason this is a no NDA alpha is because the dev team wanted to receive criticism and various opinions about the game, so they can improve on it before it's too late. If every content creator just praised everything even though they didn't feel like it was right, it wouldn't help anyone in the end.
