From my understand, the RM are given to mayors, kings/queen, and eggs. Eggs have a lifespan of 15-30 days.
This seem unbalanced because if the title of mayor and king/queen is not equal to the lifespan of an egg then its unfair because top guilds will skew mayor elections and will have generally always win castles giving the same ppl RM. It would be fair, as stated previously, if ALL RM received a lifespan of 15-30 days. If not just remove them entirely or let everyone have them life in WoW case: through lvl and achievement accomplishment.

Want a flying mount earn it.
I am happy they are as limited as they are. And hope they are limited on how far they can fly before nose diving killing both rider and mount.

there will be 5 castle, 5 metropolis. and on low population server, probably less than 5 metro...
So at most 10 mount on the server "permanent"
BUT while any change of mayor/guild owning the metro/castle will change the owner of the mount... only 1 guy for the WHOLE guild will have the mount.
sometime, in the same guild will be so...2, 3, maybe 4 flying mounts with those with timer.
So now, in a game were you play mostly in group, what are the really big benefits of having 4 people with flying mount ? Yes it will help, but there is more "prestige" or "glory" than real use
it is simple : or we have the flying mount as it is now, or 0 flying mount. . . Because while you said "change it to hard to get flying mount for all" there is also the "no flying mount at all" solution about what you say

Flying mounts should be unique, just as the title Queen or Mayor is. Wow is a poor comparison, because nothing in that game is rare, because anyone can get anything. Value = 0.
Or you can get lucky and have it randomly given to you.
Wow, its almost like you have plenty of opportunity to get these mounts yourself but don't want to work for them like everyone else and would rather they be taken away than stay as a really cool reward for players that go above and beyond the norm.
