[Bug] Graphic Problems: Black shadows

NorsShaddarNorsShaddar Member, Alpha One, Alpha Two, Early Alpha Two
Descriptions
There are certain areas that toggle all shadow areas to become fully black. This makes playing under trees or in canyons nearly impossible. I write this here because I'm not 100% sure if this is unrelated to my graphics card (see below), so I would appreciate other player solutions/problems.
This settings seems to be unrelated to the graphics setting (low -> ultra, windowed/fullscreen, resolution) and relogging.

Details
When visiting certain areas, e.g. a part of a canyon, the lightning changes dramatically. All areas become black, you only see monster names, sparkling effects or cast animations. Only areas that are lighted by a current cast are visible. This effect is reversible when leaving the area. How often, the toggle points for going completely black or back to normal are often separated. Meaning there is an intermediate area where the lightning is either normal or buggy (every shadow is a deep black) dependent on the direction you enter. Fun fact: caves/dungeons are "normally" bright, so I assume its the global lightning that becomes the problem, while the environmental one of the cave still works.

Expected behavior
Normal lightning in canyons or under trees, like in all other areas.
