Cleric Spell Feedback

Some quick feedback on the spell effects and performance I've noticed.
Judgment / Castigation / Divine Censure: Overall seem pretty well balanced. I have not completed a deep dive into the effects such as Judgment Level 3 (Reduced target defenses) to validate it's effect. All of them appear to perform as advertised, and unlike some of the other cleric abilities they don't appear to have any "misses" in a moment they should be hitting. The range of the abilities seems appropriate, and the sphere of attack doesn't seem to have any significant issues. Although, I'm not quite sure why a target above or below you (if you or the target are standing on a rock/wall/etc...) is outside your sphere of effect for some of them. Is this a bug, or designed this way?
Regeneration: HoT effect fires without issue, and I have yet to get any targeting errors. The Level 3 5% healing increase effect functions as advertised.
Divine Light: I especially like the flexibility of this healing spell. The fact I don't have to halt all movement to begin casting is fantastic, and the added "penalty" of a movement speed reduction while casting feels appropriate. All effects Level 1-3 function as advertised in my experience.
Devotion: Level 1 ability seems to perform as detailed to include while moving and while in combat. There seems to be a fairly significant bug when elevating this to the 2nd Level skill (The Energy Orb will travel faster and heal for more). Acquiring Level 2 of this ability does cause the energy orb to move faster (by approximately one second) but the healing effect still takes place as the Level 1 duration. This does not in fact speed up your Heal per Second (HPS) capability it only makes the spell effect complete faster on screen. There also seems to be a significant Miss rate (instance where the effect fires but fails to actually heals the target) with the Level 2 ability. Standing still the miss rate seems to be 50%. This continues when on the move and there is no noticeable difference in a successful heal. This increase in missed heals does not occur at Level 1. The Miss Rate at level 3 is even worse and appears to be somewhere around 75% if not slightly higher. This is a shame because there is some good synergy with the Castigation/Regeneration/Devotion HoT effects all ticking at once. This is especially true as your crit chance increases to more reliable levels, and if you also utilize the Heal effect off attack of Divine Censure (Level 2).
More feedback as I'm able to test more skills in more detail.
