Node property market

I was recently watching Peon's first impressions video of alpha one and he mentioned that becoming a citizen of a village node can be done by purchasing an apartment for 2500 gold which had me wondering about how the property market will work.
If you are to purchase land in a lower level node, will the value of that land increase as the node grows? E.g. if Peon were to have bought an apartment for 2500 gold, would that be cheaper than purchasing an apartment in the next node level?

the already houses get bigger, and new one are added.
village get one building with apartments, and when the node reach town and bigger, the mayor can use some building spot to make more apartments.
Prices are basically in a logic "offer/demands"
As far as we know that would be up to you and what the market itself decides. You could buy it at village and sell at Metro based on size, but you could also buy when a village is new and still make a profit simply b/c it's a Vassal and space in that node is limited and not getting bigger until the Metro is sieged.
