could not proces contents of path manifest while preparing to patch from specific version. what to do??

We're had reports of this error from people who have their Windows display language and/or region set to Czech, and setting the language to English fixes the problem.
Please let me know if this fixes the problem for you. In the meantime I'm going to move this thread to the Alpha One Testing section.
