cosmetic single items

so im curious with some of the cash shop costumes, for example this month comes with a mask by its self, it also looks like the mask is included in the full costume,

if i buy the mask by its self, am i able to put it over another costume so it will display a different months cosmetic with said mask over the top or will that be un doable

    From what I can tell, you should be able to wear a cosmetic mask along with any cosmetic costume, as long as the costume doesn't also include a mask.

    However, there should be provision in the game to display cosmetic masks over any head worn aspect of cosmetic costumes, as it has been said that you can opt to display or not display hood (which I take to mean all head elements) of costumes and face slot items.

    To me, this should mean that if you slot in a cosmetic costume and a cosmetic mask, you should have the option to disable to hood aspect of the cosmetic costume, and enable to cosmetic mask.

    On costumes with no hood or other headpiece associated with them, there should be no conflict.

    i was thinking along the same lines, just wanted to know other wise would not be much point buying the solo mask
