Suggestion: Guild Quest System

Been talking with my guild mates about New World and what they fall short on, when we thought of something that would be really awesome to have added to Ashes, which is a Guild Questing system.

The way it would operate (from my perspective anyway) would be that guild leads would be able to post bounties/quests of their own for fellow guild mates to complete. The objectives would at the very least be acquisition focused, with things like "Collect X of this item". After they hand it in, the resources go to the bank, the quest completes and gets "wiped" from the guild mission board. The player that handed in get a reward, which could either be gold or items that are already stored in the guild bank.

It'd be even better if limitations/restrictions could be put on it so that only certain guild members of specific rankings could complete it.

Anybody else think this would be cool?

IIRC there is already something similar planned for it.

It does sounds like a good idea though!

Rift had/has a guild quest system similar.
Been a long time since I last played but they had a quest giver that guildies could pick up quests from.
Stuff like running a dungeon or specific raid with all guild members.
Think it would be a neat idea and help build better cohesion within the guild.
Because of so few instanced dungeons here not sure how they could work but maybe something along the lines of escort or capture a number of caravans or something.
Most people never listen. They are just waiting on you to quit making noise so they can.

considering guilds may have a cap to member volume with the nodes etc
it would be a fun way to create incentive for those who are leveling in any of the PvX categories to contribute to the guild requests while gaining some xp for the player and node aside from rewards.

How are guild quests different than what's available at Taverns?

I love this idea. Anything that helps promote community I am 100% for it. I would even like to see guild quests for "kill X players in open world", "kill X players during a siege", "run X dungeon with 50% guild members and 50% players from 1 other guild". This would promote pvp and also working with guilds in the alliance. Plenty of opportunity with a guild quest system.
