Will players have access to cosmetic clothing/armor creation tools? Then players can serve as designers and make real world money through in-game shops, while the dev team could add a transaction surcharge for game revenue.

    Hi Plentimon

    There are currently no plans to offer cosmetic creation tools to players although we have been told that we will be able to change the colour of some armour pieces with dyes, and mix'n'match armour with the transmog system.
