QnA Question Day Cycle and Weather

During Alpha One, the sun rose constantly. From time to time I saw a small change in intensity that indicated night, but it was more like a 10% reduction in gamma intensity. The weather also seemed to be stable sunny with some clouds, I didn't care as the IRL summer in my country was cold and rainy so it felt good to have a little sunshine in the game.

Question:

Will we see a full day and night cycle with different lunar stages in Alpha 2? Will it be constant or non-constant cycles that are correlated with IRL, for example 1 in-game cycle 2h, 3h or 4h IRL or 2.5h, 3.5h or 5h IRL?

And will we see weather and seasons in Alpha 2?

Wiki only tells that something will be but doesnt say when, also lunar stages are not mentioned.
