Idea for fishing and lore enthusiasts

I just finished our podcast episode with @Virtek and @Daedelus on The Golden Feather and we were chatting about lore in the world. I had an idea, what if -- when fishing -- there was a chance to get a message in a bottle that had pieces of lore in it. This lore could be things from someone's diary, a way of doing something from before the calamity, or anything else that gives our characters a peek into how it was before we left.
I'll just leave this here for thought food hehe

I wouldn't mind seeing a collection or something, with messages in bottles. Maybe gather up 5 schematics to unlock a special, ancient ship design? Maybe letters written in lost languages / forgotten alphabets that could be translated by the Scribe profession?
You bring up some some food-for-thought!
Ahaha, as much as I love this idea, I think this is its downfall

But let me give you a history lesson about Verra..."
In my last hours, let me share my knowledge hehe
P.S. It smells in here."

Feels like it should dynamically impact the world/server.
I dunno if it could use similar code to the services we build that cause dungeons to open.
That is kind of what I was thinking haha. Perhaps there is bottle with an old map in it? Just fun thoughts hehe.
BTW, everyone, you all are funny, I love these ^_^
