Suggestion: Out of game chat

I'm requesting chat be available between those who play currently and those who have played in the past.

My reasoning.

1. Players can stay plugged in during breaks.
2. People who have left the game can become excited about coming back by hearing about what is currently going on on game.
3. Players can further maintain the relationships they made in the game.

IS has the forums, facebook, youtube, twitter, discord, and reddit. If all of those options can't satisfy your needs, maybe find/start/manage something on your own?

If you need that badly to stay plugged in you may wanna seek help.

If you need ongoing chat in order to maintain the relationships you made in game, then you didn't make any relationships in game.

Haha, I was going to say exactly this until I reached the bottom of the thread and read this comment. Many people suggested this feature with the app integration topic as @maouw said. I sent that information to the designers and they'll take it from there and decide what to do!

Just know you're not alone in that request OP

Are you confirming that the app will allow you to continue to use it even if you are not currently subscribed to the game?

Because that is what the OP wants, and is the reason I didn't mention the app.

I imagine the app's systems haven't been fully designed as yet, so there's probably no way to confirm that at the moment.
