Was thinking about a potential character
Who is a scholar and a professor who spent his whole career doubting the world they came from had "magicTM" and researching and proving how its physically impossible to alter to the laws of physics and how it must've been technology we lost and cant understand.
And then he goes to Verra with the pioneers to prove it once for all and immediately lights a fireball.
The comedic potential is boundless.
