Hi, I missed a bunch of preorder-packs since I was computer and wi-fi -less for a year, I was wondering if they are forever out of the question for me at this point.

    Once the cosmetics rotate out of the shop, they're gone forever. If there's a big change to the pack itself, e.g. the removal of certain keys, there will be plenty of notice beforehand.
