Minimum Level of Skins
skafftaruss
As a person investing in purchasing skins, the question is when at what level those skins become available? I suggest there is a tag that states level of proficiency. It is nice to by skins. But in all transparency, Intrepid should put a metric at what level and/or trade skill level. Perhaps this was addressed . Your input to Intrepid is valuable. What do you think? Best regards, Skaff.

Karthos
Skins are only be able to be applied to things that have already been earned, crafted or found within Ashes of Creation.
So it's reasonable that IF you have the item on you, the skin would be equitable regardless of your level.

Just to add on what Karthos said, there should be a distinct clarification between
Skins
and
Costumes
as we usually have new people slipping in and out so it's not always known.
Skins are like Karthos described, and typically can be individually worn as it represents skins for individual existing pieces of gear.
Costumes can be worn from level 1, however these are more of an overlay and you can only wear the entire costume as one piece.
