Will there be some sort of link/signature on crafted gear that provides the creators info?

Since trading is a thing, will there be a link of some kind on the weapon and armor that tells a player the name of the creator of the weapon that shows if they are online and tells them where they are selling their goods?
It doesn't even have to be a signature, it could be an outline of an animal/object in the game.
