Wands

The attacks for wand seems very spammy (particularly in groups) considering the powerfull visual effects (vfx) it has. It would have way more appeal and impact if you had the wand attacks slower - but increase damage slightly to prevent big nerf

    Until we see the damage each weapon does, the scaling they have with stats, how avoidable or mitigatable it's attacks are etc, there is no real basis to call for any changes to it.

    Basically, you are calling for a change to how effective something is based on how effective it's visual effect is.

    This is something Margret has specifically talked about in the past as being a real headache for game developers.

    I think you mean that the effect is too flashy for how powerful the wand feels. So simply slow the frequency of its use, or dial it down right? I'm support most things that reduce visual flashiness.
