Name Reservation with Pre-Order Pack

Hello! My question is the same as the title. If I purchase a pre-order pack is it possible to reserve my name so that it isn't taken?

    Most people never listen. They are just waiting on you to quit making noise so they can.

    The only pack that contains name reservation is Voyager Plus. As soon as name reservations start, you'll be able to reserve one name on one server. Higher tier backers will be able to reserve their names first (reference).
