Asking for advice and explanation

I have been following the development of Ashes since the start, but I haven't yet bought in. The only thing stopping me is a little confusion on how the packs work. I've seen plenty of packs I want throughout the months, and I'm starting to feel some FOMO. I have always intended to get the top tier pack. Can anybody answer the following few questions please:

1) When I buy the Voyageur pack, are these items only available for the first character I create, or can I choose which character has them? (I am assuming they are character bound)

2) Once I have bought a Voyageur pack, am I able to buy the cosmetics from any future months? (I can currently only see the option to buy packs.)

The cosmetics you buy in the packs come with only one skin that can be traded with any character on your account.

you can buy any of the cosmetics in the months after your initial purchase.

Another note, the regular "Voyager" pack only allows you to buy the Accessory, Pet, and Mount skins for future months as that what the Voyager pack contains. To buy the Costume, Freehold, and Caravan/Ship skins for future months you'll need to buy the Voyager Plus pack.
