Hi, I was just wondering this afternoon about how important Embers will be at the start of the game. Currently I have 19,000 but will that be enough to carry me through the opening period of the game, or should I be looking at getting more?

    Game release is at least 2 years into the future. What you can buy with embers is cosmetics afaik, so I dunno what you mean by "carry me through the opening period of the game".

    Embers can be used to purchase Cosmetics from the in-game cosmetic store after AoC is released.
    Currently, 13500 Embers are worth $99.99.
    Buying a mount skin from the pre-order packs costs $20. Those prices can change until the launch of course.
