How much is it expected to be able to fine tune the female player bodies?

So looking at the updated character creation and commentary from the developers - it looks fantastic.
But there is one question left unanswered / unknown for the player character sculpting that I'm wondering.
Usually male characters in games can have bulked up / muscular models, but not so much females. Usually the female models are significantly more limited in this regard.
So what I'm wondering is, even with the character sculptor - what would be the extent that the female character could be muscular as well?
